Seattle CU Phone Bot

When the credit union shipped no API, NICK LLC shipped one. An automated outbound IVR navigator that places a Twilio call, dials DTMF tones along a mapped phone tree, transcribes the recording with Whisper, parses the balance, and exposes it as a local HTTP endpoint.
